Sonus faber Sonetto III G2

SIZE-DEFYING SOUND

Sonetto III is a slender floorstanding loudspeaker designed to deliver a larger, more expansive presentation than its compact proportions suggest. Its 2.5-way architecture combines a 165 mm midwoofer and 165 mm woofer with Sonus faber’s D.A.D. tweeter to provide a broad and dynamic presentation.

CONCRETE BASE

A new concrete base provides the Sonetto G2 floorstanding models with increased stability and structural rigidity. Its mass helps reduce unwanted cabinet movement and vibration, giving the speaker a solid foundation.

BINDING POST COVER

The round binding-post cover carries the Sonus faber logo and provides both a functional and decorative finish to the rear of the speaker. It is designed around the bi-wiring terminals while keeping the connection area visually clean.

PHASE COHERENT

The Sonetto G2 crossover philosophy is based around phase coherence, carefully coordinating the phase behaviour of the drivers. This approach is intended to create a precise and immersive soundstage with well-defined spatial information.
