Sonus faber Sonetto I G2

PRISTINE SOUND WITH VERSATILE PLACEMENT

Sonetto I is the most compact model in the Sonetto G2 collection, combining a bookshelf-friendly form with Sonus faber’s Natural Sound philosophy. Its compact proportions and optimised front reflex duct allow it to perform effectively in a variety of room configurations, including placement close to walls or in corners.

CONCRETE BASE

The new concrete base introduced with Sonetto G2 improves cabinet stability and structural integrity. Its solid construction helps minimise unwanted vibrations, providing a more stable foundation for the loudspeaker and contributing to consistent performance.

FLOWER PATTERNED SURROUND

The Sonetto I midwoofer incorporates a distinctive floral-patterned rubber surround around its sandwich cone. Its asymmetric design is intended to break up circular modes within the driver, improving linearity, reducing interference and enhancing sound dispersion.

INTONO TECHNOLOGY

Intono technology is incorporated between the reflex duct and the internal acoustic chamber. This construction is designed to reduce unwanted frequencies and distortions within the cabinet, resulting in a quieter enclosure and improved overall acoustic performance.

REFLEX DUCT

The optimised reflex duct gives Sonetto I increased flexibility when positioning the speaker. Combined with the concrete base, the design helps manage airflow and resonance whether the speaker is placed against a wall, in a corner or in a more open configuration.

OPEN PORE WOOD

The open-pore wood finish highlights the natural grain of the cabinet while providing a tactile surface. The finish reinforces the natural-material approach that forms an important part of Sonus faber’s design philosophy.
