These Terms & Conditions govern your use of paulmoney.co.nz and any purchase made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

This website is operated by JT HI FI LIMITED, trading as Paul Money Hifi, of 83 View Road, Mt Eden, Auckland, New Zealand.
Prices & Payment
- All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST (15%) unless stated otherwise.
- We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
- We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout, including credit/debit card and Latitude interest-free financing (subject to Latitude's own approval and terms).
- Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed.
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm your order by email.
Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep stock levels and product information up to date, but availability is not guaranteed. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, backorder, or full refund.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out in accordance with our Shipping & Returns/Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
Warranties
Products sold may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Warranty terms vary by brand and are provided at the time of purchase or available on request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986, Paul Money Hifi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or purchase of products from us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under New Zealand law.
