Paulmoney Hifi was established in Mt Eden in 1982.

All staff have a passion with the romance of music which starts at an early age.

With our knowledge and each with an average industry experience of over 20yrs, our enthusiastic and dedicated sales team will listen to you and your requirements to find a music solution to suit all your audio and video needs. We can advise you on product choices that have best synergies suited for your home or office right from the initial design, wiring, installation and the calibration of your chosen system.

Our dedicated demonstration rooms can be configured to give you a close experience of what you would expect from your choice of system. So whether it’s a basic audio solution or a custom multi-zone AV system, we have a solution for you that will provide you years of enjoyment.

Our Mt Eden store is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm & Sunday 11am-4pm (closed public holidays). Feel free to pop in and chat with us anytime.

Bring in your house plans and your brief and we can design a system as well as follow it through to final fit off taking out the hassle of you sorting it all out. If necessary, an on site visit can be arranged .

We at Paul Money Hifi spend a fair amount of time in assessing the brands that we would like to represent as we are not brand collectors.  This helps us to chose from the best product offerings in the market place so we are able to pass them on to our valued clients.

We like to offer Internationally recognise brands of distinction. Our choices are also based on factors such as reputation,performance, reliability, back support and of course value. The brands we represent must maintain all of the above facets in order for us to continue supporting them.

We believe that a high standard of integrity must also be maintained year on year.

At Paul Money Hifi , we don’t sell you unnecessary extended warranties. All our products are carefully chosen to carry a manufactures warranty of at least one year. If you have any issues with a product purchased from us ,just give us a call or drop by ,we will  endeavour to rectify any issue in the quickest possible manner.

ONLINE SHOP POLICIES

All our products sold are covered by full manufacturers warranty. You are also protected under the Consumers Guarantee Act. Should any product received be defective in anyway , please contact us via our contact link to help us arrange repair or replacement of the item .

DELIVERY

We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using Post Haste for New Zealand deliveries. A freight forwarder may be used for larger parcels.  Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form.

Your privacy is very important to Paul Money Hi Fi . With that in mind, we have established and implemented information handling practices that we believe are consistent with the highest standards and best practices of organizations doing business on the Internet. Such information is collected only when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us (as, for example, when you contact us via e-mail). Paul Money Hi Fi uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted. When you place an order Paul Money Hi Fi will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address.

The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc. in order to process your order. WE USE COOKIES Cookies allow Paul Money Hi Fi to remember you. If we didn’t use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. If you really prefer not to use cookies you can set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Most websites however, including Paul Money Hi Fi , require cookies to process your orders.

TRENDS, TRACKING AND SHARING INFORMATION

Paul Money Hi Fi uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each Vendor’s sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.

SECURITY

Paul Money Hi Fi uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site and maintained in our possession. When you place your order “checkout” you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.

Our site may provide links to other sites. When you click on one of these links, you are leaving our site and entering another site that we do not control and for which we cannot be responsible. You should carefully review the privacy statements or policies on any other site that you visit because those privacy statements or policies will apply to your visit to that site and may be very different from our policy.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR FAULTY ORDERS

Paul Money Hifi will replace any goods delivered to you that are damaged, incorrect or in a faulty condition. Under these circumstances we will refund the cost of return freight.

Before signing for any goods delivered:

If the packaging appears to be damaged at time of delivery, you must advise the freight company immediately and note any damage in writing.

If you do not notify the freight company immediately of any visible signs of damage we shall have no liability to you.

You must notify us by email immediately upon receipt of any freight-damaged goods no later than 7 working days of receiving damaged, incorrect or faulty goods.

If you have not notified us within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question, we shall have no liability to you.

Any damaged, incorrect or faulty goods must be returned to us unless otherwise agreed in writing, before any refund will be made.

RETURN OF GOODS

We do not have to give you a refund if you change your mind about a purchase.

We may consider an exchange or store credit if the goods are unopened and in as new condition. We could consider a refund less a restocking fee of 20%.

If your goods purchased are faulty, you will need to let us know within 7 days and we will repair or replace at our discretion as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you wish to return goods to us, you must notify us by email.

We request the following information:

  • Date of purchase:
  • Order or Invoice Number:
  • Reason for Return
  • Your name and daytime contact number:

Any returning goods must be returned to us in new and unused condition, packed in the original manufacturers packaging with all accessories and then placed in a strong outer carton for shipping. Do not ship only in the original manufacturers packaging.

We strongly recommend using a traceable return courier company, such as New Zealand Post, New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste etc. We cannot be held responsible for returning items damaged or lost in transit.

We can also arrange to have the goods collected from you by our couriers and the cost of the return freight will be deducted from any refund. Please contact us for details if you require this service. Goods are returned to us at your cost and risk.
